ผมมีพนักงานเริ่มงาน 18 เมษายน 2554 และไม่ผ่านทดลองงาน ได้แจ้งให้พนักงานทราบวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2554 เป็นการแจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 งวดค่าจ้าง จ่ายเงินทุกวันที่ 25 ของแต่ละเดือน และทำงานถึงสิ้นเดือน 30 กรกฎาคม 2554 ถูกต้องหรือไม่ ช่วยตอบด้วย
