1. JOB TITLE: Automotive Software Consultant (Accounting module)
INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB:
A vacancy has arisen within the consultants department which is primarily responsible for the
Implementation of the dealer management system to customers. It also delivers advice to the
customer for use of the system and process advice for their business. It is the responsibility of the
department to ensure customers are able to use the system effectively to suit their business
Requirement and to provide effective support and advice to the customers during the
implementation process.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Installing and configuring new Autoline installations
• Providing customer with classroom and field based training to pre-set standards
• Providing expert advise, diagnosing problems and ensuring maximum benefit from the
system from set-up to post-live
• To project a professional image at all times and to build up and develop good relationships
with Customers and other Departments
• To continually and pro-actively acquire and retain knowledge of the Autoline product
suite
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
The successful applicant will be;
• Has a minimum of a bachelor degree in Accountant area or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years implementing the Accounting software experience will be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years automotive experience will be an advantage
• Have a proven record track record at a senior level in an automotive associated profession.
• Have a good understanding of computer systems and PC's
• Have experience of dealing with suppliers and customers at all levels
• Demonstrate a high level of professional communication and listening skills at all levels
• Have a medium level of spoken and written English
• Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Be flexible and adaptable in their approach
• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations whilst maintaining a
professional image
• Continually asses and react to the needs of the customer
• Be able to prioritize work effectively when working on a number of projects
• Be able to travel upcountry often

2. JOB TITLE: System Analyst
Role Summary:
The System Analyst provides 1st and 2nd level support to Customers by performing investigation and providing resolution on issues reported by Customers.  Using the Call Logging system, System Analyst shall manage all calls under his/her responsibility to ensure the call is regularly updated and progressed correctly from the time the call is created until call closure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To provide an efficient and quality 1st and  2nd level support service in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement.
2.To ensure calls are accurately investigated by liasing with first level support (Customer) and using tools such as ADP Knowledge Base and Issue Management System (Daisy).
3.To ensure the cause and symptom of the reported issue is accurately resolved taking into consideration customer's business and operational practices while maintain standard system functionality. 
4.To pro-actively take ownership  of a wide variety of calls and problems.
5.To manage, prioritize and progress calls under their own initiative in accordance with the International Support Standards and Practices.
6.To use the Call Logging System correctly, ensuring that calls are always kept up-to-date with the actions undertaken.
7.To project a professional image at all times and to build up and develop good relationships with Customers and other ADP departments.
8.To continually and proactively acquire and retain knowledge of the ADP Autoline product suite. 
Core Tasks:
To handle all the 1st and 2nd Level support  service to all clients, provide troubleshooting and advice in timely manner to all issues.
Job Required Competencies:
Must have the ability to develop own knowledge.
2. Must be flexible and adaptable in approach.
3. Must be proactive in searching for solution to customer's request.
4. Must ensure that all standards and policies are adhered to at all times.
5. Must be meticulous in investigating problems and generate effective solutions in a systematic and logical manner.
Experience and / or Qualifications Required:
Desirable: A computer/engineering related degree, preferable with exposure to ERP software
 
Essential: at least 1 year of experience in customer support in ERP software
Personal Skills Required

3.  Independent and a team player.
4.  Possess good problem solving and decision making skill.
