Human Resource Manager, Saraburi
Our client is an American based and one of the world's largest manufacturers of products for automotive and construction industries. The company enjoys double digit growth each year and is looking for an HR Manager to be in charge of its plant in Saraburi and report to the American General Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- Formulate and ensure HR policy and system is implemented in line with corporate policies and market practices
- Work on organizational and manpower development plan to support a high growth and dynamic business. Lead the LDR process; provide focus on leadership talent development and succession planning.
- Responsible for recruiting caliber candidates to support the business’s staffing plan and growth agenda.
- Ensure the development and training plans are implemented in order to sustain the continued Organization/business growth.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee and/or labor relations environment; lead and facilitate relevant industrial activity.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies based on corporate policy and market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business administration or any related fields
- At least 10 years of direct experience in Human Resource function
- Exposure to international management methodology and leadership style
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work in Saraburi (daily commute from Bangkok is possible)
