We are a 39 years old company with complete product line of water and waste water treatment chemicals and equipment, process equipment, ion exchange resins & filtration products. We are looking for qualified candidates who possess creative, dynamic plus aggressive attributes to join us for:
Sales Manager 1 position
Responsibilities:
Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales related activities to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals. Main duties include formulation of sales forecasts, targets, sales plans, strategies & activities, maintaining & increasing customer bases & market share, analyzing market situation & identifying sales opportunities and preparing & keeping of sales reports on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sanitary or related fields and MBA would be advantageous.
• At least 3 years experience in industrial sales and 1- 2 years in management level.
• Mature, outgoing personality, hand-on, strong leadership, goal-oriented, good management and communication skills.
• Computer literate and good command of both spoken and written English.
