Wow! So much is happening this year for “CMMI for Service” in Thailand and other countries.

CMMI for service discipline is not limited for only IT, but this discipline can be used for general firms who need to either establish Customer Services procedures or enhance the measurable performance of IT service offering to internal departments for Software development projects.
This one-day course introduces service providers, appraisal team members, and process group members to CMMI fundamental concepts related to service delivery. The CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) model defines effective practices that ensure quality services are delivered to customers and end users. Some types of services that would benefit from using CMMI-SVC include operations, logistics, maintenance, IT, and many other services in other government and industry.
The course extends the knowledge gained from completion of the Introduction to CMMI course (3 days) and participants must have completed this as a pre-requisite to undertaking the Extension course. This course, with its prerequisite, Introduction to CMMI Version 1.2, fulfills a prerequisite for any course requiring an official SEI Introductory CMMI for Services course. This course is also a prerequisite for being a lead appraiser, team leader, or team member on a SCAMPI appraisal using the CMMI-SVC model.
Of course, this class will be provided you the accurate concepts and learn more and more directly from our SEI certified Instructor in how you can approach into CMMI for service implementation and official appraisal as bench marking with world class standard.
The qualified students will receive a SEI certificate as completion.
