Role Overview:
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for technical training management in order to ensure skill competency required for production operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports Regional Training Manager to facilitate and deliver corporate training programs.
• Supports training and development initiatives launched by Corporate HR.
• Participates in researching appropriate material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs; recommends appropriate changes.
• Works closely with production and/or quality personnel in developing technical training programs to ensure that the production personnel acquire the required skills to efficiently perform their functions.
• Conducts and facilitates technical training programs for production personnel.
• Conducts training needs analysis and develops annual training and budget plans.
• Develops and implements basic skills training programs and Operator job skills matrix.
• Develops and implements multiskill level certification process.
• Administers public and in-house training programs.
• Manages and sources for outside training service provider.
• Implements and coordinates orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintains up-to-date training records in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Initiates programs and activities to facilitate organizational development.
• Develops, certifies, and monitors internal technical trainers.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred, in HRM, Business , or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training area in a multinational corporation.
• Experience in technical training or production operation skills development is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn, self-starter, and open-minded.
• Experience with PeopleSoft software is a plus.
Estimate salary range for this position is around 23-32K but we normally offer the candidate by calculate on the top of theirs current base pay including fixed income.
