HR&D Manager

JOBS DESCRIPTION: 

  • Manage and Develop full spectrum of Human Resources Department to service the company from recruitment to termination.
  • Establish and maintain HR programs, policies, staff competency, budgeting, outsource management, initiatives, department objectives, report, payroll preparation, legal compliance and government report or liaison.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems, particularly recruiting, culture, company information, and Intranet sites and/or Human Resources software and applications / administration.
  • Manage training and Development budget, program, method and materials to ensure staff competency.  
  • Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
  • Manage to ensure employee relations and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist Company Secretary on company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and pay systems and effectiveness within the company as well as research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
  • Advise, and report to Company Secretary on company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Department of Labor, worker compensation, Occupational Health & Safety, and so forth. This includes maintaining minimal company exposures to legal issues.
  • Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
  • Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields is preferable
  • Min 10 years working experience in Thai Labor laws, Industrial HRM, HRD, Industrial business management systems and Basic HRC program
  • Good knowledge of human resources management and general business administration
  • Strong knowledge of Training, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Competency, Career Development
  • Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic, multicultural approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English both writing and speaking, strong service-minded, result oriented, team player and very well organized.
  • Good coordinating and negotiation skills.
  • Desire to work long term in Chiang Mai

 

Finance and Accounting Manager (Chiang Mai based)

 

Responsibilities:

To provide direction, management, advice, operations and leadership in finance administration efforts of the Company and the provision of accounting, costing and budgeting with the aim of optimizing business profitability and compliance with legal requirements. To provide consultation and monthly financial and accounting reports to the Directors.    

For this senior position reporting directly to the expatriate Directors and we are only looking for an experienced, confident and pro-active candidate, who is willing to always go the extra mile, and wants to see the bottom lines and the numbers improve.

Job Responsibilities

  • The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for supervising all accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial operations for the Company.
  • Effective management of cash flow and overhead expenses, establishing credit policies for customers and working with major suppliers to achieve favorable credit terms
  • Oversee all financial management and accounting transactions and financial statements, including developing reporting processes in accordance with Company policies and standard practice
  • Managing and developing the entire finance and control functions including compliance with global, regional and local applicable policies and internal controls
  • Control processes of revenue, expenditure, department budgets, salaries and the maintenance of accounts and ledgers, ensuring compliance with appropriate government regulations and policies
  • Manage and control company financial documents and information, confidentiality and integrity and ensuring maintenance of appropriate internal control safeguards
  • Establish and maintain finance and accounting records systems in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accounting principles including developing, implementing, interpreting and coordinating the application of finance, accounting, billing, and audit procedures
  • Coordinate for the preparing of financial statements, annual financial reports, and other information reports and requests, ensuring reporting accuracy and integrity; correlate and interpret data from the company financial systems
  • Provide consultation and representation to the company management on finance and accounting issues, to include short and mid-term financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, revenue and expense analysis, financial planning initiatives and recommendations

Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Commercially astute, analytical, resourceful, creative/innovative and versatile.
  • Results driven, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Good presentation and communications skills (written/verbal).
  • Able to work independently.
  • A good command of English is a must for this position.

 

 

Logistic Manager (Chiang Mai )

Job Description :

  • Ensuring the transformation of order figures to be production plan and related tasks to ensure order fulfillment in term of logistics.
  • Supervise subordinates and staff to co-operate with internal team and external service provider to ensure the availability and on time of material, production planning, and transportation with quality, safety, environmental care and disciplinary.
  • Ensure the compliance of BOI, government and international regulations / standards and customer satisfaction and timely delivery as well as ensuring the update information of such requirements. 
  • Establish, review and analyze logistics master plan and finding the suitable solution to ensure an effectiveness of overall performance and align with company direction.
  • Manage on budget and manpower planning.
  • Establish systematic and effective process / procedures of logistics related works such as purchasing, production planning and import-export to ensure compliance with company subscribed management systems.
  • Review an out going documentary in order to reduce and avoid inaccurate information.
  • Monthly verify distribution cost in order to control reasonable cost of handling.
  • Review and evaluate overall performance of service provider in order to increase and develop their service level as well as cooperate for the proper operation and cost in line with the company's requirement and reasonable cost.
  • Optimize daily operations on time, cost and effectiveness to meet company goal and customer's satisfaction as well as sett challenge goals for achieving.
  • Encourage and develop staff competency and knowledge transfer and encourage optimizing their ability and creativity.
  • Contribute and provide the solution / alternative of privilege, special condition and regulation that necessary for further business development.
  • Ensure an efficiency of physical flow, information flow, time and cost flow to meet external and internal requirement.
  • Correct / solve problem whenever occurred and prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation,
  • Business Administration or related field  
  • At least  5 years solid experience in Logistic management purchasing, sourcing, production planning,
  • Import - export, transportation, delivering, BOI process  with at least 3 years in management level
  • Experience in Manufacturing Company would be advantage.
  • An extensive understanding of manufacturing, both operations and development including broader supply chain, Knowledge and understanding of supply chain operation is essential.
  • Good planning, systematic thinking, decision making, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with honest and integrity.
  • Computer skill in MS Office, E-mail, internet and software package.
  • Good command of English language in reading, written and oral communication
