The HRD Manager will report directly to the HR&D Manager and will be responsible for the following key areas:
Qualification
- Thai Nationality , age between 35-45 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HRD,HRM,OD or related fields is preferable
- At least 5 years in manufacturing working environment and in management level 3-5 years
- Knowledge of Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Employee Training & Development System
- Good communication of both spoken & written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Key competencies: equipped with HRD core knowledge, Management skill, Coordination skill, Consulting skill, Coaching skill
Job Description
- Analyzes the training needs of the corporation, identifies areas requiring improvement, and assesses the company's learning environment along with the characteristics of the employees that will be trained.
- Sets goals and objectives for the training programs and meets with company executives to gain their support of the strategic training plan. Once the parameters of the training courses are agreed upon, design the necessary training course content and selects the most effective delivery method.
- Develops the training material using a variety of media including web-on-demand videos, print or electronic textbooks, instructional databases, or facilitated on-site classes.
- Ensure the identified training goals and objectives are met. In most cases, the training classes are facilitated by training and development staff members. Once the class completed, evaluate the training results and makes any adjustments needed to increase the effectiveness of the training.
- Further developing the skill level of employees.
- Manage and created the classes to assist company personnel with effective time management, organizational strategies, planning and implements leadership development programs for employees interested in moving to managerial roles.
- In addition to creating the training courses for the organization, manages the training and development staff, Responsible for training and developing high quality employees for the team.
- Managing, setting and maintaining the training budget as well as managing the team's resources effectively in regards to assigning tasks to team members, scheduling training classes and ordering necessary supplies for training functions.
- Regularly serve as consultants to the company's executive management team for a variety of needs including identifying training solutions for under-performing departments of the company, and developing effective change management strategies.
- Performing other tasks as required.
- Act and encourage safety, the environment, quality and the disciplinary awareness and compliance, as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
- Perform / support all assigned cross functional works.
