Employee Relation Section Head
Job Scope :-
To monitoring and evaluate performance to ensure that employee will
meet satisfy with the employee relation services.
To implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on
employee relation functions.
To motivate, pursuance and develop to create relationship, good morale
to employees
To manage and supervise ER Team to achieve the goal.
To give advices on legal issues in accordance with disciplinary action
and rule & regulation violation.
To support and consult with the HR Manager in related issues of
employee relation, communication, activities, etc.
Qualifications :-
Male / Female
Thai Nationality
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science, Personnel Administration
or a related area or an equivalent combination of education
Minimum 10 years experience in, labor relations in the large
manufacturing environment in supervisory level.
Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
Good relationship ,Self-motivation, Team spirit and strong leadership
Strong ability to work and deal with Labor Union
