ไม่ทราบว่าท่านใดมีความรู้เรื่อง วีซ่า NON-O บ้างไม๊คะ
1. คือที่บริษัท ฯ มีนักศึกษาต่างชาติมาขอฝึกงานระยะสั้น แค่ 3 เดือน และเค้าถือวีซ่า NON-O อยู่
ไม่ทราบว่า จำเป็นต้องยื่นขอ Work Permit หรือไม่คะ
2. ถ้าเค้าขอวีซ่ามาเป็นแบบ ED-Visa เค้าจะสามารถมาฝึกงานที่บริษัทฯได้หรือไม่ และต้อง
ขอ Work Permit หรือเปล่าคะ
รบกวนสอบถาม 2 ข้อนะคะ
