Senior Accountant
Job Description
1. Filing local and overseas withholding tax, including VAT for suppliers
2. Reconciliation and recording RMA by contacting with customer service and supplier, and follow up the credit note.
3. Preparing bank application for weekly foreign remittance.
4. Checking account payable trade payment transactions
5. Provide accounting recording and account reconciliation
6. Assisting for sales and marketing function
7. Submit request to Revenue Department for withholding certification for foreign suppliers
8. Contact with overseas suppliers and inter company
Qualification/Experience
Work experience 4-5 years up in Accounting/Finance
Computer: Microsoft office-MS Word & Excel
Knowledge of withholding and VAT
Accountant
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience 2-3 years up in Accounting & Finance
Strong knowledge and experience in AP, AR, Financial statement, Accounting report, and analytical skill
Knowledge of Withholding tax and VAT
Computer skill (MS word, MS excel)
Good command of spoken and writing in English will be an advantageous
