ขอคำปรึกษาเรื่องข้อกฎหมายหน่อยนะครับ

เนื่องจากผมโดนฟอร์เวิร์ดเมล์ ที่ว่าในทำนองเสียหาย ขอคำปรึกษาเพื่อนๆ หน่อยนะครับว่าผมต้องทำอย่างไรกับเรื่องนี้ จะดำเนินการตามกฎหมายได้มั้ย และมีขั้นตอนอย่างไรบ้าง รบกวนด้วยนะครับ
