ทำอย่างไรจึงจะปรับทัศนคติของพนักงานเหล่านั้นได้คะ

การทำงานในฝ่ายบุคคลนั้นปัจจุบันถือว่าเป็นหน่วยงานที่มีบทบาทสำคัญมากในการช่วยส่งเสริมให้ธุรกิจไปถึงเป้าหมายได้ ผิดกับสมัยก่อน(นานมาแล้ว) ที่ฝ่ายบุคคลเป็นเพียงหน่วยงานเล็กๆ ที่ไม่มีใครรู้จัก และไม่มีใครมอง รวมทั้งไม่อยากมองด้วย บทบาทหน้าที่ของฝ่ายบุคคลในสมัยก่อนก็คือ การรับสมัครพนักงาน ตรวจสอบใบสมัคร แล้วก็ทำสัญญาจ้าง ทำเงินเดือน บริหารสวัสดิการ ดูแลจับผิดพนักงานเรื่องของระเบียบข้อบังคับต่างๆ ฯลฯ ซึ่งงานส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นงานประจำที่ทำซ้ำๆ และไม่ค่อยมีคุณค่าอะไรต่อองค์กรในภาพรวมมากนัก
