- เพศหญิง อายุ 25 – 32 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน HR อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษา HRM / บริหารธุรกิจ หรืออื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเป็นผู้นำและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
