its production base in Thailand situated in Amata City, Rayong. Today
the number of employee exceeds 2,500 and still growing. The company is
inviting suitable candidates to join its team for the following
position.
General Affair and Employee Relation Section Manager
Job scope:
- To implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on
Employee Relation & Administration functions.
- To give good advice and lead on people management, disciplinary take
action to supervisors and managers.
- To motivate, pursuance and develop to create relationship, good
morale to about 2,500 employees
- To implement a communication program to make more clear
understanding on timely basis and cover to the whole organization.
Requirement & Qualifications:-
- Male, Female Thai nationality.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Personnel
Administration or a related area or an equivalent combination
of education.
- Min. 10 years experience in Administration functions, labor
relations in the large manufacturing environment in supervisory level.
- Strong background and ability to deal with labor union.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
