Job Family: Human Resource
Human Resources Administrator: Under direct supervision, performs specialized and clerical support tasks for human resources related programs, policies and initiatives. Assumes tasks that require previous knowledge of human resource principles, concepts and industry practices & standards. Available for others as a resource in resolution of problems. Work requirements include completing reports, maintaining records/files, and payroll processing. Gathers and prepares analysis on human resource policies, programs and practices. Researches and responds to inquires from management and personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree of business administration or related field
· At least 2 years experience
· Experience in Tele-marketing field would be advantage but not necessary
· Work well under pressure
· Familiar with payroll processing software, social security and withholding tax regulations
· Possess analytical thinking
