JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

•             Management of manpower               

•            Handle recruitment process; sourcing, recruiting, selecting and hiring process

•            Employee Relations and Activities

•            Plan, develop and implement internal and external training programs

•            Return On Investment

•            Bridge for communication  ; reducing the gab between the employees & the employers work  relationships

•            Executive pay ; Compensation ,Welfare & Benefits .

•            Salary Structure , Career Path

•            Consultation for management  team and employees.

•            To be QMR ISO 9001 : 2008
