ที่บริษัทฯ (ถ้าจำเป็นต้องทำ Training ในวันหยุด) กำหนดเป็น 2 Choices ให้เลือก (i) จ่ายเป็นค่าทำงานในวันหยุด หรือ (ii) นำไปเป็นวันหยุดชดเชย
 
Anyway, เคยอ่านเจอว่า .... การทำ Training ว่า ไม่ควรทำหลังเวลาเลิกงาน หรือ ในวันหยุด เพราะพนักงานต้องการเวลาส่วนตัวของเขาเช่นกัน ยกเว้น ที่จำเป็นจริงๆ ...... extremely serious ...

มีทางเลือก 2 ทาง
1. จ่ายค่าแรง อีก 1 แรง
2. เปลี่ยนวันหยุด

ไม่ทราบว่า บริษัทท่านใดมีการอบรมในวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และจะให้สิทธิพนักงานที่มาอบรมอย่างไรบ้างค่ะ
รบกวนเพื่อน ๆ ช่วยแชร์ข้อมูลด้วยค่ะ
