Personal Assistant to Human Resources Manager
- Setting up a full Performance Management System (PMS: KPIs and Competency) and salary structure.
- Facilitating the personal performance management processes for employees.
- Managing annual performance evaluations, the mid-year and year-end process.
- Preparing HR budgets including performance bonuses, merit increases and promotions.
- Improving the current systems, policies and procedures and performing other duties as requested by the Manager.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of compensation & benefits and other duties as required.
- Managing employee relations, staff welfare issues and activities in each dimension work to achieve the Company's strategic plans
- Male or Female, aged 30 - 40 years old.
- At least Bachelor's in Human Resources, Political Science or related field.
- Thai nationality only.
- At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management. Having held a manager-level position is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
