HRD Manager Specification (Urgently)
· Male or female, age between 35-45 years
· Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of HR, OD, Political Sciences, or related fields
· At least 7 years experience in Training & Development, experience in Marketing research will be advantage
· At least 3 Years as management level in Training & Development
· Strong knowledge to design individual development plan : IDP , Training need survey, competency ,Training evaluation and follow –up
· Able to design training curriculums and to be trainer in generic courses
· Excellent personality, good communication skills and highly service minded
· Good command of English and computer literacy.
