รบกวนสอบถามหากพนักงานใหม่ที่เรารับเข้ามา มีประวัติและมีหมายจับเรื่อง ร่วมกันไม่จ่ายค่าจ้างให้แก่ลูกจ้างให้ถูกต้องตามกำหนดและไม่ปฏิบัติต่อคำสั่งพนักงานแรงงาน แต่ผลคดีสิ้นสุดเมื่อ พย. 53 แต่เช็คในข้อมูลมีหมายจับที่ออกเมื่อ กพ. 2553 ต้องทำอย่างไรค่ะ ยังงง ๆอยู่ค่ะ
